At Second Chance Resources, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with felony convictions as they reintegrate into society following incarceration. Our mission is to connect recently released individuals with employment and housing opportunities through partnerships with felon-friendly businesses and landlords. While we do not guarantee job or housing placement, we provide one-on-one support and ongoing communication to help ensure a smoother transition. By carefully matching clients with potential employers and housing providers, we strive to create sustainable opportunities and meaningful second chances—without promising results, but always committed to respectful, proactive support.
